The heavy-duty spiral compression spring is installed at the lower part of the frame flange and placed on the support sleeve with studs, so that the crusher will not be damaged when foreign matters pass through the crushing chamber. When the foreign matter passes through the crushing chamber, the compression of the spring increases. The spring compression raises the support sleeve and the foreign matter is discharged. The locating pin extends from the upper surface of the frame to prevent the support sleeve from rotating. When the adjusting sleeve is raised or tilted, the locating pin acts as a guide to return the support sleeve to the normal working position. The frame bushing is closely matched with the frame and provides a bearing surface for the eccentric sleeve part. Tighten the bottom cover at the lower part of the frame with bolts to make the shredder have a lubrication channel here. The bottom cover also supports the thrust bearing and eccentric sleeve.
